We can begin with a FREE 15 minute Zoom session where we'll discuss what difficulties you've been having with (e.g.) coeliac disease and where you'd like to get to, both for your health and your holistic wellbeing.
Then there are several options you can choose from to proceed.
You can either book your first session as a one hour slot where we can go over the most important issues you're facing and develop some immediate strategies to relieve problems you're having.
Or you can book a block of sessions where we can work together on a regular basis. We'll look at ways to help you lead a better life where shopping is easy, eating out is fun and you can be the healthiest you've ever been!
You can also get in touch for a bespoke package where you can choose the best outcome for your current situation.
